In this example, Westinghouse compares pump and motors via their manufacturer model against industry best practices, failure data & lessons learned to identify replacement frequency & reliability to determine deferrable work.

In this example, our engineers review the work identified in the analytics against site specific equipment operating experience data to provide justification to defer the work.

In this example, the customer agreed to and implemented Westinghouse's recommendations. Only 1 pump motor was replaced and the replacement of the other 3 was moved to the next outage. The result is $1.5M of savings for the current outage.
