Station Blackout & PXS Actuation

Loss of off-site power occurs. In the unlikely event the standby diesel generators also fail to start, a station blackout occurs. Upon station blackout Passive Residual Heat Removal Heat Exchanger (PRHR HX) will actuate to remove decay heat as Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) flow coast down occurs.
